Shuttle Transfer – Official Hotels / Windsor Barra Hotel / Official Hotels

For the convenience and security of participants staying at hotels located in the Copacabana, Ipanema, Leblon and São Conrado districts, a regular shuttle transfer from the official hotels to the Conference Venue will be operated from September 19th (Sunday) until 24th (Friday).  Shuttle service will be available for morning transfer to the event and return transfer to the hotels at the end of the day.  Throughout the day, shuttle service will not be available. 

Shuttle service will only go by the official hotels for the event.  If you are staying at another hotel, please make plans to be at the nearest official hotel in time for the shuttle service. As common courtesy to all, the bus will not be able to wait for any participant.  Please be on time. 

Shuttle transfers will only be sold as a package, valid for daily round-trip transfers throughout the entire Congress period, i.e., 19–24 September, and must be booked and purchased in advance by filling out the attached “Confirmation Form” including your credit card information. No refunds will be granted. Shuttle Service will not be sold on site and indivudual shuttle transfers are not available for sale. 

Once payment has been received, delegates will be issued a confirmation voucher valid for exchange at the SARAH TUR Hopitality Desk located at the Windsor Barra Hotel. This voucher is to be shown when boarding the Shuttle Service to the Windsor Barra for the opening event. Time schedules for the shuttle service will be available at your hotel.

NOTES:
* Please have your bus ticket ready to be handed over when the boarding the coach.
* Please wait for transportation outside the hotel’s main entrance.
* Buses will be identified with the Congress logo. 
* Just as a reference, the transfers between hotels may take from 15 min to 30 min.

TRANSFER RIO AIRPORTS / OFFICIAL HOTELS 

For all arrivals, receptionists will welcome delegates as they exit the baggage claim area and will lead participants to the special taxi service located within the airport’s lobby area. These professionals are easily identified by the IMC17 sign and will be readily available to assist delegates with arranging transportation to confirmed hotels.

Departure transfers will also be available and can be booked together with your arrival transportation or direct at the Sarah Tur Hospitality Desk throughout the Congress.

SARAH TUR has arranged for participants to enjoy special rates and in order to participate in these discounted rates and conditions, confirmation and payment of services should be made to SARAH TUR together with your hotel reservation.  It is mandatory the receipt of your final flight schedule together with your request.

For participants arriving on other dates, individual transfers can also be arranged on request.
